What India Size is

India Size estimates your body measurements from your height and weight, reads the size chart on a product page, and suggests a size. It is an early testing build. Features may change, break or be removed.

Recommendations are estimates

A suggested size is an estimate, not a promise that the garment will fit. Fabric, cut and the shop's own size chart can differ from what we read. Check the size chart before you buy. We are not responsible for purchases you make or returns a shop refuses.

Your account

• Give an email address you control and keep your sign-in private. Use a password you do not use anywhere else.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Enter measurements for yourself, or for someone who has agreed. Do not enter details for a child without a parent's or guardian's consent.
• You can export your data or delete your account at any time from the Account page.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break, overload or probe the site, scrape it, or use it to harm others. Do not use automated tools to create accounts or run searches in bulk. We may suspend an account that does.

Shops and brands

India Size is independent. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Myntra or any other shop or brand. Their names belong to their owners and are used only to say which product a size chart came from. When you paste a link, we read that public page to find the size chart. You are responsible for following the shop's own terms when you use its site.

Your content and ours

Your measurements, orders and answers stay yours. You allow us to store and process them to run the service, and to use them for research without your name if you have agreed to that in your privacy settings. The site's design, text and code belong to India Size.

No warranty and limits on liability

The service is provided as it is, without warranties of any kind. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss from relying on a size estimate. Nothing here limits rights that the law says cannot be limited.

Changes and ending

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. If you keep using the site after a change, you accept it. You can stop at any time by deleting your account. We may end the service or an account, and will try to give notice where we can.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction, unless the law gives you the right to go elsewhere.
