Wrong-size orders start at the size chart.

SizeSetu estimates a shopper's body from their height and weight, compares it with your own size chart, and recommends a size with the reason. You see which sizes and products run small or large.

What we offer, in three steps.

Start small with a chart audit. Add shopper advice on your product pages when you are ready. See the results by size and product.

How we do it.

Four steps, the same ones shoppers get in the SizeSetu app. We show the working at each one.

  1. Estimate the body

From height and weight, and chest, waist or hip if the shopper adds them, a model trained on Indian body-measurement data estimates 45 measurements. Each comes with a range. The more a shopper tells us, the narrower it gets.

  2. Read your chart

We read your size chart as you publish it, whether it lists body measurements or garment measurements, for tops, bottoms and dresses.

  3. Score every size

Each size gets a chance of fitting. If two sizes are close we say so. If nothing fits well we say that too, and do not push the nearest size. Shoppers choose snug, regular, relaxed or loose.

  4. Learn from what happens next

Shoppers tell us whether the size they bought was kept, too small or too large. That shifts the next recommendation and is the evidence behind your fit insights.

Proof comes before promises.

We will not quote you a return-rate figure until we have measured it on your products. A pilot is how we do that.

Agree the measures

Before we start, we agree what counts: return rate by size, kept or returned for shoppers who followed our size, and how long to run.

Run on some traffic

About 60 to 90 days on a share of the products and shoppers you choose.

Compare like with like

Orders where the shopper followed our size against orders where they did not, in the same category.

Accuracy depends on what the shopper enters. It improves with each measurement they add, and we show how sure we are on every answer. Ask us for our test results.

What we need from you, and what we do not.

We need

  • Your size chart for the products in scope
  • For a pilot, kept and returned counts by size, if you choose to share them
  • A person on your side to agree the measures

We do not need

  • Customer names, addresses or payment details
  • Access to your order system for the audit
  • A long integration to start

Shoppers' own data is handled under our privacy policy. We agree in writing, before a pilot starts, what data is shared and how it is used.

Questions, answered plainly.

Who is this for?

Apparel brands and marketplaces that sell in India and see returns because shoppers pick the wrong size. We cover tops, bottoms and dresses. Footwear and children's wear are not covered yet.

What does it cost?

The size chart audit is free for the first brands we work with. For the size finder and fit insights we agree a price with you after the audit, based on what we measure together.

Do you need access to our systems?

Not for the audit. For a pilot we agree the simplest way to show the size finder on the products you choose, and we set it up with you.

How accurate is it?

It is an estimate, not a measurement. It gets better with each measurement a shopper adds, such as chest, waist and hip. When we are not sure we say so, and when no size fits well we say that instead of guessing. Ask us for our test results.

Will you promise fewer returns?

Not before we have measured it. The pilot is designed to show whether returns fall on your products, and by how much.

How soon can we start?

Send us a size chart and we will reply after we have read it. A pilot starts once we have agreed the measures.

Send us one size chart.

We will tell you what we see in it.
